- Communities will have been supported by Vista members in establishing goals, identifying assets, quantifying gaps and prioritizing the steps in implementing their plan
- Community Plans for Technology Access are owned by a community coalition
- Services to be delivered electronically are defined e.g.
- Electronic government services
- Job training
- Medical Information
- Telemedicine
- Benefits access
- Technology Grants applied for
- Education requirements defined and developed
- At the end of year two
- Technology Infrastructure is in place
- Community Outreach program developed
- For some number of services:
- Training/education is being delivered
- Selected initial government services are being delivered electronically
- At the end of year three
- All residents have the ability to access electronic services:
- At home or
- at community access points
- All residents who are capable have the knowledge to utilize the available services
- Additional services are identified and added.
