Goal:
* Identify and address poverty-related issues by:
- Utilizing locally-defined resources to build rural community, organizational, and individual capacity
- Enhancing electronic access to services, education, healthcare, and jobs
- Facilitating capacity to execute community plans and to achieve sustainable outcomes
This project is being developed to serve the states of North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah.
